Rental requires a signed rental agreement and floor plan set-up. All reservations are booked on a first come, first served basis. All reservations must be paid in full for rental confirmation.
Keys to the facility can be picked up 30 minutes prior to the reservation with proof of payment. Keys may be picked up and returned to the Zephyrhills Police Department.
No smoking or alcohol is allowed.
There is a maximum of 142 people with all tables and chairs being used and an maximum of 284 people with no tables and chairs.
Per hour charge $40.00, plus sales tax.
Minimum of two (2) hours required for rentals Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Minimum of four (4) hours required for rentals Friday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., plus a $100.00 set-up/clean-up fee.
Government/Public entities may use the facility at no charge if deemed for a community function. No discounts will be given for any other use.
