Got a beautiful property on your block?
The Community Redevelopment Agency provides staff support for the Beautification Advisory Committee. Neighborhood Beautification Awards are presented quarterly to homeowners living within the CRA District who devote extra effort to their property's beautification and maintenance. Such efforts boost the City's curb appeal and promote a sense of civic pride.
The recipients of the Neighborhood Beautification Awards are selected by the Beautification Advisory Committee each quarter. The winning property will receive:
- $50 Gift Certificate from Home Depot.
- Yard Sign - Thanking the homeowner for their hard work and dedication in making our neighborhoods beautiful.
- CRA Board Recognition - The Community Redevelopment Agency would like to personally recognize the homeowner for their efforts in making Zephyrhills Beautiful!
Nominations
To nominate a property for the Neighborhood Beautification Award, please fill out the nomination form online or print and mail it to the City of Zephyrhills, c/o CRA, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. The deadline for nominations will be at the end of each calendar quarter.
The Neighborhood Beautification Award shows City of Zephyrhills residents and visitors that the City recognizes the importance and value of keeping our City beautiful. Take pride in the appearance of your property and make Zephyrhills an even better place to live!
