Due to a marked increase in delinquent and late utility bills, the City of
All residents are mailed a monthly bill and are given twenty-one (21) days to pay. If not paid by 4:30 p.m. on the due date, a late fee will be added to your account and an additional ten (10) days is given to pay the bill. If no payment is received within the thirty-one (31) days, the services will be disconnected for non-payment.
Services will be reinstated only after all bills for service then due have been paid, along with all connection charges.
Requests for delays or waiver of payment will not be entertained; only questions of proper and correct billing will be considered.
