____  Check if contractors and subs are currently registered.

____  Florida Energy Efficiency Form completed.

____  Plot Plan.

____  Property Survey.

____  TWO SETS of Engineered Building Prints with electrical, plumbing & mechanical diagrams.      

____  Homeowner, check for proper “Homeowner’s Affidavit” form.

____  Subdivision Design Review Compliance Letter

____  R-O-W Use Permit

____  Give Elevation Certificate, if applicable.

____  Verify Water & Sewer Service.

____  Annual Solid Waste Assessment Fee must be paid to Pasco County

      Building Department prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
