Q: I lost something when I visited a city park. Is there a lost & found? A: Yes, Parks Department staff members are instructed to forward any lost items to the Zephyrhills Police Department located at 5944 9th Street or call 813.780.0050.
Q: How do I find out more information about local youth sports organizations and use of athletic facilities? A: Please call the Parks Department administrative office at 813.780.0022 for additional information and contacts.
Q: What is the length of the fitness walk at Veteran's Memorial Park? A: Approximately 4/10ths of one mile.
Q: What is the length of the fitness walk that circumnavigates the lake at Zephyr Park? A: Approximately 9/10ths of one mile.
Q: Is my dog welcome in the City's parks? A: Yes, as long as the pet is under your complete control and on a leash (City Ordinance # 649). Pets are not allowed in playground areas or on athletic fields. We do ask that pet owners clean up after their pets.
Q: What are the operating hours of the City's Parks? A: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., unless posted otherwise.
Q: Is a reservation necessary for use of a Picnic Pavilion at any of the City's Parks? A: No, Picnic Pavilions are used on a "first come-first served" basis.
