ZEPHYRHILLS IS MAKING PLANS FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Preparing for a future with limited resources is one of the most important challenges we face as a community. What will be our legacy to future generations of city residents?
To meet the challenge, the City of Zephyrhills is creating a forward-looking plan to help guide the entire Zephyrhills community in becoming more green, more sustainable. The aim of the Sustainable Zephyrhills initiative is to protect the environment, conserve natural resources, grow a more resilient local economy, and enhance overall quality of life.
Community input is the most important part of the Sustainable Zephyrhills initiative. Through planning and action, we can all play a role to ensure that the resources that have allowed our community to thrive also extend to the generations to follow.

When will the Sustainable Zephyrhills Plan be available?
A draft of the Sustainable Zephyrhills Plan will be available for downloading on this website sometime in late winter 2012. The plan will be considered by the Zephyrhills City Council in early spring 2012.
The website will be updated here as new information becomes available so check back often.
