- Proposed Amendment to the Silverado Planned Unit Development (PUD) for reduced minimum lot widths of 50' and side yard setbacks of 5' in Villages 9 and 11, and a move of density from Villages 9 and 10 to Village 11.
- Proposed Amendment to the Links of Silver Oaks Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a decrease in density due to a change from Multi-Family Residential units to Single-Family Residential units, and a change to minimum 50' lot widths and 5' side yard set backs.
