Consider RESOLUTION #662-13 - "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA REQUESTING THAT THE PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESURRECT AND PRIORITIZE THE CR54 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FROM US HIGHWAY 301 TO 23^RD STREET WITH 50% FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS."

16. Consider RESOLUTION #663-13 - "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA REQUESTING THAT THE PASCO COUNTY MPO RECOGNIZE THE PUBLIC BENEFITS OF COMPLETING SR 56 FROM MEADOW POINTE ROAD TO US HIGHWAY 301, AND THAT THEY REMOVE THE CONSTRUCTION STATUS OF SR 56 AS DEVELOPER DRIVEN, THUS ALLOWING THE USE OF STATE FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE MISSING SEGMENT."
