administration About Administration
The Administration Department is comprised of the Office of the City Manager, the City Clerk and the Department of Finance.
The City Manager is committed to the maintenance and improvement of quality of life in the City of Zephyrhills. This is done by developing and recommending new ideas to the City Council and working with the County Commission. The City Manager also provides organized and timely administration to the other city departments.
The City Clerk acts as secretary to the City Council, City Manager and Mayor. The City Clerk is entrusted with preserving official public records and other important information.
The Director of Finance's duties include budgets, inventories, ledgers, payrolls and other general accounting.
