Streetlight Outage

Duke Energy has made it easier for their customers to report streetlight outages. 

• To report a streetlight outage for Large Commercial/Industrial/Governmental Customers and Small/Medium Business Customers, view Duke Energy for Business.
• To report a streetlight outage for Residential Customers, view Duke Energy for Home.

The request form is under the heading "Needs" toward the bottom of the page.

Streetlight Repair

The Request Area/Streetlight Repair form will allow you to enter lighting requests on the following:

• a single light or multiple lights
• a single location or multiple locations
• your account as well as someone else's account or address
